.4-Those-Whose-use-2-Game.
Greetings and salutations, on behalf of all former gamers and CMNers. I’m a gamer whose lost touch with the games. Its true, I left the scene to explore other aspects of my own journey. Since leaving oh about 2 years ago, I’ve managed to put on 50 LBs (mind you i was a buck forty) by working out and eating right, I’ve been promoted at work, I’ve started graduate school, I’ve been in a loving and committed relationship (with a girl) for a year or so, i’ve grown mentally, i’ve grown spirtually. Alot has changed, but I’m not tooting my own horn or singing the praises of positivity that have governed my life (sidenote: that is fun though:).
I associate alot of these changes to gaming. It wasn’t the strats, it wasn’t pwning nOObs, or anything associated with the actual structure of game play. It was the people who openly let me become a part of their lives. It was the people who gave a part of their soul to the community b/c in turn they got satisfaction and happiness. The hours of work put into dlb came from multiple sources of my being. It involved the brain, the body, and most importantly the soul. W/e I gave, I gave from my being, and i felt the positive energy as it was given. In turn I grew in many ways, dlb (along with everything positive in my life - parents, education, etc) launched me to become the man I am today. Straight, but not scared to offer some buttsex for the homies (only a true dlber will get that).
dLB let me see the good in alot of people, it inspired me, and I love dLb and its community for it. One of the essays I wrote for graduate school was on dlb and how it made me realize that I wanted to lead a positive movement.

Administering the game server came naturally to me; in fact I found it quite magical. I in conjunction with a strong foundation of individuals was able to build something, and it flourished during my time and has continued to grow in my absence. I look back at this time as a monument; looking forward to my career as a manager I envision having the ability to establish administrative program that is much more magical than a popular gaming server started by a group of computer nerds.

I can’t imagine something else being more magical than dLB, but I’ll try.
