Just in case you’re using Firefox, and happen to have a problem hearing embedded sounds, here’s what to do:
- Install QuickTime or QuickTime Alternative if you haven’t already.
- Go into the QuickTime perferences and find the “Browser Plug-in” section.
- Click the “MIME settings” button.
- Now, just check whichever things you want QuickTime to handle in Firefox. For example, Wave audio and MP3 are not enabled by default, so they won’t work in FireFox (unless you have some other software handling them, I suppose.. or use magic).
