I think I am most impressed with the wonderful music synchronization, but the fast-paced and wacky story is also quite interesting.

This may also be one of the only flash movies I’ve seen with text being the only visual content.

And on another note, here’s an old school recording from WoW that is now a flash animation. I don’t even play WoW, let alone even know what the hell he is talking about, but I still think it’s funny as hell.

More shoutbox shenanigans

I previously updated my shoutbox to add some spam blocking functionality. Although this worked well for manually banning spammer IPs (and synchronizing spammer IP lists from other blogs using the same shoutbox), spam still came in by the dozen now and then, sporting more and more IPs each time. I just banned 25 or 30 IPs today.

Pierre was nice enough to leave a comment about his updated version of Jalenack’s shoutbox, which combines some of the IP blocking functionality of JohnPuPu, plus many other spam-fighting and bug-fix updates, and a few new features.

I’m trying it out now. So far, so good!

Want to touch my Wii?

Well, it’s been announced!!! The nintendo Wii is coming to America 11/19/06!! It’ll only be $250!! That’s cheaper than Xbox360 now, and it’ll be more than half the cost of a $600 PS3! I’m definitely getting one, fuck xbox and playstation. Stick with the company that’s been doing this stuff for 20+ years.

For all those Warcraft 3 players out there.

I’ve been playing Warcraft 3 since it came out, and I’m sure if you have played the game online, you’ve come across a map called Defender of the Ancients, aka, DOTA. This is pretty much all I play now on battlenet. In any case… I’ve never known playing video games could make you cool and get you hot women.. unless you’re in Europe. Jesus, I need to move and become a Dota legend. Oh, by the way, I found this video, HILARIOUS.
