So, I was in the NY DOT building in Schenectady (thought not to go to the DOT), and I saw this mysterious item upon a bulletin board:
Now, I’m not sure why Kenny Rogers has ended up on this paper bag, but I’m glad whoever went to such efforts placed it for all to see.
